This is one of my favourite pastas: tangy from the wine and kapers, hearty and slightly sweet from the onions and the tuna. Serves all your taste buds!
The original Oyakdon is made with chicken but I am using tofu for this vegetrian version. Oyako means parent and child so in this recipe referring to chicken 🐔 and egg 🥚 This expression is also used for salmon 🐟 and salmon roe combined dishes 😌🤓
Inspired by Ottolenghi and added my own twist to it. The beans make this salad super creamy ☺️
