Tried to make some fluffy π₯ and thought they ended up quite nice! Very simple and straightforward to make.

300g flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt π§
300ml milk π₯
1 egg π₯
60g butter π§
You don't have any ingredients yet!
Put all the dry stuff into a bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) and mix well
Add the egg and the milk
Melt the butter and add as well
Take a small soup spoon of dough and pour it into a preheated, only slightly-greased non-stick pan
Give is enough time on medium heat (donβt touch it) before turning it around and frying the other side
Enjoy your pancakes with some butter and maple π/ palmπ΄ syrup
