Miso soup à la Naomi

This is a miso soup adapted to my taste and can be enriched with whatever veggies you have at home. Hearty winter dish 🍲

Ingredients

Ingredients serve 4 persons

1 tsp dashi (Japanese fish stock)

10cm Konbu (seaweed)

3 garlic cloves

1 onion

2 tbsp miso paste

1 block tofu (firm or soft)

1 pack shirataki (konjak noodles)

1 handful dried wakame (seaweed)

3 handful veggies like carrots, pumkin, broccoli, kohlrabi, cabbage etc.

1 tbsp roasted seeds (sesame, pumpin, sunflower)

Instructions

Add dashi and konbu to 1l of cold water and bring to cook

Cut onion into half rings and garlic into slices and add

Add miso

Cut veggies, add and cook for 10 minutes on middle heat

Cut tofu and add

Drain shirataki and add

Add wakame

Garnish with seeds when serving the souo
