Fried Tofu with egg

This recipe is amazing for a quick fix when you don't have a lot of time but still need something tasty and healthy. Always got some tofu and egg in my fridge.


Ingredients serve 2 persons

200g block of firm tofu

3 eggs

2 green onions, minced

1tbs of soy sauce

You don't have any ingredients yet!


Cut tofu into 1cm thick cubes.

Fry tofu in some veggy oil for ca. 3mins each side. Use non-stick pan, if possible.

Put eggs in a bowl and add the green onions and the soy sauce. Mix well.

After tofu is fried on both sides, add eggs to pan.

Cook until egg is done. Finish.
